Destinations when in Europe

I’m hoping to go to Europe this summer and spend some time in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, UK, anywhere else I can go on a small budget with my wife. I just want to see places, have a little bit of food , a little bit of shelter, a little bit of water

spend some time with family, find some new friends. Try to be friendly to people I meet. Be friendly with friendly people within limits defined by yourself.
